Conference: £190 + VAT at 20% per person, which includes full access to scientific proceedings, a pdf copy of all presented papers, a buffet menu, tea / coffee and free parking.

Short Course (09.15 to 16.30): £225.00 + VAT at 20% per person, which includes 1 training session, a light buffet lunch and refreshments.

Students (under and post-graduate) receive a 50% discount.

Late registrations (less than 7 days in advance): Please check availability by telephone, fax or email if you are booking less than 7 days before the conference. Short Course places are likely to sell out quickly. In the event of a late or an ‘on-the-day’ registration, proceedings, lunch and refreshments will be subject to availability.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations will only be accepted if received in writing not less than 7 days before the conference.

By e-mail, providing full name and address and invoice e-mail address if different. Please indicate whether you are registering for the Conference Only, Workshop Only or Both Conference and Workshop. An invoice will be emailed requesting payment by BACS due within 30 days. No tickets are issued, the receipt constitutes your place at the conference. If registering after 29th May, payment must be received by the day of the conference. A receipt of payment will be issued on request.
